GIFTS AND GIFT BASKETS
All our gift baskets are assembled one at a time, then wrapped and packed with loving care. Baskets are wrapped in clear cello and adorned with organza and raffia ribbon and flowers. Individual gifts are wrapped in tissue and tucked in a lovely gift bag. We pack our orders with loving care and include a silent blessing for each and every new mama and baby!
We'll also include a special Love & Blessings gift card with your personal message. Simply write your message in the special Gift Message Box as you place your order in the shopping cart section. For gift orders we enclose only a packing list, without pricing information. If the billing address is different than the shipping address, we will assume your order is a gift, just in case.
While we try our hardest to make sure every item for our gift baskets is in stock, it may happen that from time to time we may be temporarily out of stock on a basket item. If this occurs, we will notify you and either substitute it with an item of equal or greater value or, per your instructions, delay shipment until inventory arrives.

PAYMENTS WE ACCEPT
We accept Visa, Master card and Discover Card, as well as orders through Pay Pal. We accept and process on-line orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Money orders and personal checks are accepted, and we will ship your order when the check clears. Please call if you would like to pay by check and we will take your order over the phone.

You can be assured that you’re credit card order is safe and secure. We use Secure Server Layer (SSL 128 bit Encryption technology). technology to protect all your sensitive ordering information (credit card number, phone numbers, etc.). All information is transferred in encrypted format.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless you request faster shipping. UPS Ground takes up to 6 business days depending on where you are located. As we ship from Southern California, most Ground shipments going to the Southwest will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Shipments going to the South and Midwest within 3 to 4 business days, and to the East Coast in 5 to 6 business days. Alaska and Hawaii my take longer for delivery and can cost more as shipping destinations. UPS Ground service does not guarantee the date of delivery, and all delivery times are estimated.
UPS Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day options are also available. Orders with requests for expedited shipping must be received before 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time (PST). Orders received after 11:30 a.m. will be sent the following business day.
We will send an email to the address you provide with a tracking number to let you know when your products or gifts have been shipped. If you have an email filter, please add info@LoveBlessings.com and QuantumViewNotify@ups.com into your allowed senders email list so you will receive order confirmation and UPS tracking information.
Please be aware that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, unless specifically requested.
Please keep in mind that UPS do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, therefore we cannot accept any orders going to a P.O. Box
Delivery to Hospitals and Hotels
We generally do not recommend sending gift baskets to the new mama at the hospital, unless you are absolutely certain she will still be in the hospital on the day the package is to be delivered. With the trend toward shorter maternity stay, we strongly recommend sending the gift to her home and having a relative bring it to the hospital. We are sorry, but we cannot be responsible if the patient is no longer there when the basket arrives, if the basket gets misplaced within the hospital, or if the hospital staff fails to deliver the gift to the patient’s room. The same hold true for hotels. We cannot be responsible if the guest is no longer at the hotel when the basket arrives, if the basket gets misplaced within the hotel, or if the staff fails to deliver the gift to the guest.
OUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If anything is wrong with your order, we want to know. Please call us at 661-299-4538 or email us at info@LoveBlessings.com and we will listen with compassion and issue you a return authorization. Please include your name or the name of the recipient, the order number and date of purchase (both can be found on the Sales Receipt/Packing List enclosed in the box.) We will get back to you with instructions on how to complete the return or exchange.
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. We will gladly pay return shipping costs if the package had been damaged in shipping or the return is a result of our error.
To maintain product integrity, we cannot accept returns after 15 days.
